Then this workshop is for you. We'll show you how to turn the everyday into the extraordinary using the powerful sampling tools in Ableton Live. We’re going to chop breakbeats like they’re hot, pitch-stretch weird sounds into wonders, and mangle your microwave’s ding into a percussive masterpiece.

In this workshop we zoom in on sampling techniques in Ableton Live. We start with sourcing your sounds. Then we explore advanced sound-sculpting possibilities of sampling in Ableton’s built in Sampler and Simpler, as well as slicing techniques and different ways of resampling audio (multiple times!) for creative purposes.
